Booking terms

Sending a request does not confirm a charter or hold a date. The operator checks availability and posts an offer in this conversation. Listed charter prices remain fixed. Any applicable pick-up, destination, clearance or other additional fees will be stated in the offer before you accept it.

Accept the offer on this page to proceed. WhatsApp contact becomes available after acceptance. The operator will send a Wise Personal payment request for a 30% deposit through WhatsApp. The deposit is due within 24 hours. The booking is confirmed and the date is blocked only after the deposit is received and the operator confirms it. The remaining 70% balance is due before departure on the charter day, in cash or by Wise transfer. This website does not process payments.

If you cancel or do not show up, the deposit is non-refundable. If Offshore Boats Charter cancels for safety or operational reasons and no rescheduled trip is possible, all payments are refunded. The operator may reschedule or adjust an itinerary when sea or safety conditions require it. The captain has final authority over navigation and safety.

Online requests are limited to 12 guests. The actual maximum for a trip depends on the vessel’s approved capacity and the operator’s confirmation. Do not travel to the meeting point until the operator has confirmed your trip.

Privacy notice

When you send a trip request, Offshore Boats Charter SXM receives your name, WhatsApp number, preferred date, group size, selected trip and any partner referral code. The operator uses these details to review availability, contact you, discuss the trip and manage a confirmed reservation. If a captain is assigned to a confirmed trip, the relevant booking details may be shared with that captain.

Do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in a booking message. Messages are stored with the request so the operator and, where assigned, the trip captain can respond. Your request and messages are not made public.

To ask about or request correction or deletion of your request details, contact the operator through your booking conversation on this website. Some booking records may need to be kept for business or legal recordkeeping.
